We call our clients the day before closing to see if there is anything that they need before going to the closing. We also call them six weeks after closing and again eight weeks later to make sure that everything is fine and that they are happy. Only then do we transfer the closed client to our Past Client Care program. Our concern for our clients does not end with the purchase or sale of your home.
